National Research Corporation Canada and the Ontario Hospital Association released its third annual report on “Patient Ratings of Overall Care and Likelihood to Recommend Ontario Hospitals”. This updated report provides provincial percentile information identifying top performing hospitals and those that scored in the 90th percentile or above for the "Overall Care Received" and “Would Recommend” patient experience survey questions.
