Hospital Accountability Agreement Performance Standard

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care has set a target of 78.70 per cent full-time nurses to address the nursing shortage around the province and to reduce the heavy reliance on part-time and casual employment. As reflected on the graph, LHSC well exceeds the percent target set by the Ministry.
