Dwayne Cottel joined SWORBHP in November 2008 as a full time Prehospital Care Specialist (PHCS). As a PHCS, Dwayne mainly supports the central region of SWORBHP which includes London, Elgin, Oxford, Oneida and Lambton.
He holds Bachelor of Arts from Trinity Bible College and Theological Seminary, a diploma in Ambulance and Emergency Care from St. Clair College and Advanced Care Paramedicine from Fanshawe College.
Dwayne is a Nationally Certified EMS Educator through the National EMS Educators Certification Board and holds a Nationally Certified Investigator and Inspector certificate through the Council on Licensure, Enforcement & Regulation. He has a Professional Certificate in Adult Education from The University of Western Ontario.
He currently works part time as an Advanced Care Paramedic for Lambton County EMS. Dwayne was part of the EMS team that won the 2010 Israel Paramedic Championships.
