Senior Leadership Structure

Effective April 1, 2011, a revised leadership structure for London Health Sciences Centre was put in place - a first step in responding to the evolution of London’s hospital system and to meet the organization's priorities and needs for the next three to five years. This is a natural evolution as the hospitals near the end of acute care hospital restructuring, the core focus of planning and integration between the hospitals since 1998.

The structure is supported by a strong framework of joint planning groups, beginning with the hospital boards and extending throughout the organizations and with other partners, including: joint senior leadership team, joint clinical leadership, joint medical advisory committee, and the joint collaboration committee of the hospital boards.
