CIBC Run for the Cure
(LONDON, Ontario) – This year, the annual CIBC Run for the Cure has special meaning for many staff at the London Regional Cancer Program (LRCP), London Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Tracey Sexton, a Resident in Radiation Oncology at LRCP, will be leading a contingency of over 100 people, including LRCP staff, family and friends. They are all taking part in support of Dr. Sexton, who has just completed treatment for breast cancer. Her personal struggle has made this year’s event particularly relevant.
The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation supports cancer patient care programs through donations to London Health Sciences Foundation.
