(LONDON, Ontario) – The ‘First Episode Mood and Anxiety Program’ (FEMAP) is pleased to invite the public and media to an open house at its new location. FEMAP is an innovative program that provides mental health services to older adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 and 30 who have recently shown a mood or anxiety disorder. Clinical research to discover causes and improve treatments is integrated into the program as well. To improve access to the program, there is no physician referral requirement and youth can contact FEMAP directly to see if they are eligible. Meet the team and learn what makes this unique program the first of its kind in Canada.
