LONDON, Ontario – This year’s New Year baby is baby Alex born at 12:38 a.m. and weighing 7lbs 9 oz. Baby Alex is the second child and son of Sarah and Rob McLean.
“I am so excited that baby Alex is finally here!” says mom Sarah. “We have received excellent care and the birth of our baby is a wonderful way to start the New Year.”
To welcome the first baby of 2013, the Pharmacist-owners of London and area Shoppers Drug Mart stores have generously donated a gift basket to baby Alex and his family.
Shoppers Drug Mart has proudly served London and the surrounding region for more than 25 years. As a part of their ongoing commitment to the health and well-being of women in their community, the Pharmacist-owners and staff of Shoppers Drug Mart stores are pleased to welcome the first baby of the New Year to London.
LHSC and the London Health Sciences Foundation would like to thank Shoppers Drug Mart for their generous donation of a gift basket.
In addition to the Shoppers Drug Mart gift basket, Children's Health Foundation included a teddy bear and London Health Sciences Foundation contributed a handmade baby blanket for the first-born baby of the New Year.
