Healthy living and proper diet are essential to good health, but it’s not clear what does and does not work. At Lawson Health Research Institute, a few of our researchers have focused their studies on what foods and lifestyle habits are beneficial to health.
On Tuesday, April 24, 2012, the community joined a panel of experts from Lawson for to learn what science can tell us about the role of food and lifestyle plays in keeping us healthy.
Generously supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Café Scientifique is an open-forum discussion in a casual setting that address health-related issues of popular interest to the general public. Guests can ask questions, participate in discussion, and gain insights from a panel of expert researchers.
