January 7, 2013
On December 14, identical triplets Londyn, Madison and Kenley were welcomed to the world at London Health Sciences Centre.
With odds of occurrence of just one in 500,000 pregnancies, identical triplets are a great rarity and these baby girls may be the first ever set of identical triplets to be delivered at LHSC.
While the triplets are healthy and doing well, they remain in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital at LHSC as they continue to gain weight and grow. Mom Stacey and dad Mark considered their arrival the best Christmas present they could’ve asked for and are looking forward to taking the girls home in the coming weeks.
