Joined by representatives from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science, MP Irene Mathyssen (London Fanshawe) visited London Health Sciences Centre’s Victoria Hospital for a tour of the laboratory services on Sept. 24.
The tour was led by Rich Bak, manager of quality and client support in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. The group had the opportunity to visit some of the state-of-the-art lab facilities located at Victoria Hospital.
Prior to the tour, Mathyssen was greeted by: Mike Kadour, director of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine; Murray Glendining, executive vice president, Corporate Services and Clinical Support; and Glen Kearns, integrated vice president, Diagnostic Services and Chief Information Officer.
