Are you interested in improving processes?  Do you have advanced experience with flowcharting and office tools?  We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Full-Time Process Improvement Consultant to join our Clinical Redesign team!  

Our preferred candidate has an Undergraduate Degree (Honours) in Health/Business Administration, Engineering or health related discipline. If you have a minimum of two (2) years of recent previous related process improvement experience we want to hear from you!

The Process Improvement Consultant is responsible to lead continuous process improvement/lean aspects of clinical redesign projects across Patient Centred Care, ensuring measurable, sustainable results.  The Consultant ensures best practice process improvement/lean methodologies are continuously introduced, adopted and updated in order to optimize delivery of patient and family centred care, including safety, timeliness, efficiency and effectiveness  The Process Improvement Consultant establishes and cultivates relationships with physicians, nurses, allied health and clinical leadership stakeholders at all levels to establish the conditions for effective engagement and to support the successful achievement of key strategic priorities  The job serves as an expert in process improvement/lean principles and provides education, mentoring, and support to clinical departments.  Apply today!
