Fanshawe College's Office Administration - Medical Program helps students develop the specialized skills required to run a medical office. Students learn all about medical terminology and transcription, billing, patient management, office procedures, ethics, and research - and students master current software and systems used in medical offices today. Plus, students can gain valuable work experience in a four-week work placement in a medical office environment.
