Roy Butler , Integrated Vice President, Quality, Strategy & Performance Roy joined the team June 1, 2009, his clinical background is physical therapy and he has worked and taught at UWO primarily in the areas of orthopedics and ergonomics. Roy completed his PhD in Epidemiology & Biostatistics and worked for several years as the Director of Quality Measurement & Clinical Decision Support at St. Joseph's. For the past year, he has been the Director of Ambulatory Surgery at St. Joseph's. |

David Heaton, MBA, CMA, PMP Project Leader David joined Strategy & Project Leadership in February 2007 as Regional Leader to provide planning, facilitation and coordination support to a number of projects. He has a clinical background in physiotherapy (UWO 1992), completed a Masters of Business Administration (Queens 2004) and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA 2005). After nearly 10 years with St. Joseph's Health Care, London, David brings to this role strengths in business and strategic planning, managerial accounting and transformational leadership. He is also currently pursuing his Certified Health Executive designation. |

Natalie Berkiw, BHSc (Hon), PMP Project Leader Natalie joined the Strategy & Project Leadership team in January 2008. She recently completed her PMP designation with the Project Mangement Institute and is a graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences program at the University of Western Ontario. |

Rehab Bakir Project Leader, Citiywide Cleanliness Rehab joined the Strategy & Project Leadership team November 3rd, 2009 as Project Lead for the Citywide Cleanliness project. She has a BESc of Civil Engineering from UWO, a second BA in Health Sciences from UWO and a Masters degree of Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. Her experience includes business analysis, project coordination and systems design & development. |

Dawne Russell, Administrative Assistant Dawne has worked with the Strategy & Project Leadership team since August 2005, after working for a year within the Department of Medical Imaging, LHSC. She has a background in office management and administration and has worked at the executive level for more than fifteen years and is currently pursuing certification as an Administrative Professional. Her bevy of computer skills puts Dawne at the top of everyone’s speed dial list! |

Wenonah Mahase, BSc. (Hon) Administrative Resident Wenonah joined the Strategy & Project Leadership team in January 2010. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the DeGroote School of Business. She is pursuing a Health Services Management specialization with an interest in project management and strategic planning.

Sarah DeJong Volunteer Administrative Resident Sarah joined the Strategy & Project Leadership team in November, 2009 as a Volunteer Administrative Resident. Sarah is working towards the completion of a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from UWO and an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Her interests include project management and health care administration. |

Patricia Potter, BA (Hon), MSc. Project Leader Currently on Secondment with Shriners' Telemedicine Project Tricia holds an Honours BA in Sociology (York University) and an MSc in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Currently Patricia is the process of obtaining her Certified Health Executive designation. |
