Steve Elson Regional Integration Specialist Steve started at Integrated Strategic Alliances and Networks (ISAN) in April 2001 and January 2010 brought about a few changes for the department and for Steve. The department restructured to become Strategy and Project Leadership and another new department, for which Steve heads up - Regional Relations & Special Projects. Steve's areas of expertise include health systems integration and the development of partnership agreements and networks. He has written and presented extensively on the health system integration. In November 2004 Steve received the R. Alan Hay Memorial (Executive) Award from the Ontario Hospital Association to investigate management and governance models that support health services integration. He has both health planning and health management experience through the District Health Council system. He holds a Master's degree in Sociology, is a Certified Health Executive with CCHSE and is a graduate of the Alternative Dispute Resolution program at the University of Western Ontario. He has recently completed the Rotman School of Management health care leadership program at LHSC, "Advancing Health Care Leadership". |

Dawne Russell, Administrative Assistant Dawne supports both Steve and Carol, as well as the Strategy & Project Leadership team. She started with the department in August 2005. Dawne has a background in office management and administration and has worked at the executive level for more than fifteen years and is currently pursuing certification as an Administrative Professional. Her bevy of computer skills puts Dawne at the top of everyone’s speed dial list! |
