The Learning and Organizational Effectiveness team is committed to optimizing clinical and business performance. They are a team with expertise in change consulting, leadership and team development, and workplace improvement. They partner with leaders to identify and implement strategies to achieve the strategic directions and initiatives as set out by the organization.
