Twenty-five ladies dedicated to providing nutritional support for sick children at War Memorial Children’s Hospital formed the Service league of London in 1937.
In the beginning funds were raised by holding gala balls and afternoon teas.
Today, the Service League has a solid income from Debut Baby Photos, which began in 1975. Yearly donations are given to support social work and mother/baby services at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC).
