Clinical Care

While CSTAR (Canadian Surgical Technologies & Advanced Robotics) is not a patient care facility, its development of new minimally invasive surgery (MIS) technologies is directed by our comprehensive understanding of and experience with the challenges of patients requiring surgical care.

This team-based experience includes surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, technical specialists and others who, together, provide MIS interventions for London’s patients at both London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St. Joseph’s Health Care, London (St. Joseph’s).

The activities of this team are coordinated through CSTAR's City-Wide MIS Committee.
