London Health Sciences Centre's Multi-Organ Transplant Program (MOTP) is one of the country’s leading transplant programs, performing about 160 organ transplants each year. MOTP is indebted to countless community healthcare professionals who provide timely care to our patients. Whether it is through pre-transplant healthcare or post-transplant healthcare, community healthcare professionals are an important part of MOTP’s team.
