Remove half of backing

Center over wound and peel away remainder of backing

Add current date

Remove by pulling adhesive edges away from the centre

Allevyn is also available without the adhesive border which then can be secured in place with Medipore tape or kling wrapping.

Ensure skin under adhesive is dry and intact.

This type of dressing may stay in place for up to seven days.

Dressing should be changed if exudate is 2cm from edge of pad.

No Sting Spray may be used on surrounding skin to increase adhesion.
