Volunteers

Our waiting room is staffed between 12:00 noon and 8:00 pm most days, by one of our friendly volunteers who are available to help you. One important part of their role is to check with your loved one’s nurse and to help arrange visiting. The volunteers can also help you to find your way around Victoria Hospital and answer questions about the facility. If the volunteer is not on duty, please check with the Unit Clerk at the reception desk.
