If You Have Questions, Comments or Concerns

If you are coming in for an appointment, or if you are in the hospital, we encourage you to speak to any member of your care team regarding your privacy at any time before, during or after your visit. Any member of your health care team can assist you in addressing issues regarding your privacy.

Sharing Your Health Information

Children’s Hospital does share health information with agencies, foundations, networks and registries if and when appropriate. Generally, the sharing of information occurs in the best interest of the patient, however, the patient owns their health information and can direct us to handle their information in other ways. Please contact your health care team or the Privacy Office for more details.
