Bring the medications, or a list of the medications, you are currently prescribed by your doctor. This includes any over-the-counter and herbal products. Following review, medications should be sent home unless otherwise instructed.
Inform your nurse and doctor of any drugs which have recently been stopped, any allergies to foods or medications or any other adverse reactions.
Medications prescribed while in the hospital will be supplied.
Any medications from home (e.g. eye drops, study drugs, ointment, cream) should not be taken unless approved by your doctor.
