If you have concerns which require immediate attention, please tell your nurse or speak with the person in charge in your area.

Patient Experience Office:

LHSC's Patient Experience Specialists are available to assist patients and families with access to and knowledge of their rights and responsibilities. The Patient Experience Specialists will facilitate compliments, complaints and conflicts to a reasonable outcome as a mediator between the patient/family and the health-care team.

If your concern is urgent please call ext 52036. Inquiries about referrals should be redirected to switchboard (519-685-8500) and will be forwarded to the appropriate service
