Booking a Room

Call 519-667-6727 to book a room or to get more information. The lodge is open 24 hours a day starting on Mondays 8:00 a.m. to Fridays at 4:00 p.m.  The Lodge is closed on weekends.

Registrations need to be done by 3:00 p.m. Once registered, you will have a room for the duration of your treatments.

There are cases where patients only need a room for a night or for a few nights during their treatments. If this applies to you, please call the Lodge regarding these requests.

You may stay at the Lodge if:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. You are able to take care of yourself.
3. You live 40 km or more from the London Regional Cancer Program (LRCP).
4. You are having chemotherapy at LRCP.
5. You are having radiation therapy at LRCP.
6. You are having a combination of both chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
7. Treatments are consecutive.

There is no cost to stay at the Lodge. There is a refundable $5.00 deposit for the closet key. A meal plan is available for $65 per week. All transportation to from the Lodge to LRCP is included.
