How to Get an Appointment

We require a referral from your family doctor or neurologist.

Your referral will be reviewed and we will contact the referring physician with the date and time of your appointment.

It is important that you keep your appointment time, however, if you are unable to make this appointment, please call the MS clinic at 519-663-3697 as soon as possible to arrange an alternate date.
