Who: For all PEPP clients wishing to discussing experiences and issues related to stigma in an open and safe environment. The group is led by PEPP clinicians.
What: The purpose of this group is to provide clients with a forum to talk about stigma, to learn ways to deal with feelings and experiences of stigma, and to help members maintain a positive self-image. Clients should register if they would like to be part of this group.
Where: In the PEPP Kitchen/Group Room
When: The Stigma Discussion Group is run at various times throughout the year. Usually, the group sessions are 1 ½ hours long and take place once per week. There are about 8 sessions to which clients are asked to commit to attending.
