Access to part of the London Hospitals web denied

You have tried to access a restricted part of the London Hospitals web. In order to gain access, the web server requires that you supply valid credentials (a username and password).

Either you simply do not have the required credentials, or you have entered your username and/or password incorrectly. If you think that your credentials are valid, here are some tips to help you enter them correctly:

• Usernames must be entered entirely in lower case.
• Passwords are case-sensitive.
