Your child is cared for by a qualified, trained and supervised staff. Each age group is staffed by Early Childhood Educators supported by Assistants.

It is the staff’s love for children that motivates them to be caring, encouraging and enthusiastic.

Staff are assigned to a specific age group so that they will form a close relationship with the child and the parent(s). The continuity of the child’s caregivers as well as their classmates is important to the child’s development.

Several of the staff have a specific training beyond their E.C.E. which includes training in Infant and Toddler Development, E.C.E. Resource Training and Play Therapy. This allows us to meet the requirements of any special needs children.

All of the Growing Concern staff are certified in Infant, Child and Adult C.P.R. as well as certified in Standard First Aid.
