The Blood Order Guidelines(BOG) for Adult Elective Surgery was developed
for staff at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St Joseph's Health
Care (SJHC) in London, Ontario, Canada. The information contained within
may not be applicable to the activities of other Blood Transfusion Services.
Individuals should always adhere to the policies and procedures of their
