Background

More than a million blood products are transfused each year in Ontario with the majority of those blood products being administered by registered nurses (RN’s). Bloody Easy for Nurses is an electronic learning tool developed by a Transfusion Safety Nurse with input from RN’s, Transfusion Safety Officers and Transfusion Personnel across Ontario. The content reflects current best practices.
