The LLSG Leadership Development Program consists of primarily self-directed study over a two-year period. The program also requires committee participation. A certificate of accomplishment is awarded to those participants who complete the course material and the committee participation. This program meets the CMLTO professional enhancement/continuing education requirements of 30 hours per year.
