London Laboratory Services Group (LLSG) is committed to providing the Health Care Service with appropriate and comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic and consultative services of the highest quality. LLSG will develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) by:
· Developing and setting policies,
· Developing, implementing and continually improving processes and procedures
· Adhering to standard, accepted practices and regulatory requirements

The goals for the LLSG QMS are to:
· Define standards of practice for delivery of laboratory services
· Improve patient care
· Provide an effective and efficient service
· Meet the needs of stakeholders
· Define roles for all staff members within the system

In order to meet the goals and objectives of the QMS, all personnel will be familiar with the concepts of the QMS and will perform all activities defined within the scope of the quality system.
