Operating rooms at London Health Sciences Centre return to full service

(LONDON, Ontario) London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) announced today that beginning Monday, April 11 operating rooms at all three sites will return to full capacity. This will be the first time LHSC's operating rooms will be back to normal volumes since March 31.

Also on April 11, LHSC will begin to expand some of its outpatient clinics and ambulatory care between 50 and 75 per cent capacity at all three sites.

Patients should continue to assume that their appointment or procedure is cancelled unless they receive a call from LHSC staff to confirm their appointment.

Strict visitor limitations continue to be in place along with all other provincial directives.
