Fellowship established for London Health Sciences Centre Movement Disorders Program

(LONDON, Ontario) - SmithKline Beecham and London Health Sciences Centre will announce a new Fellowship which will be established at University Campus's Movement Disorders Program under the direction of Dr. Mandar Jog.

The Fellowship will allow for additional education and training for a neurologist who desires to stay in Canada while studying and treating patients suffering from specific neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's Disease.

The announcment and introduction of the first Fellow will be made on:

Location: Room 10 - OF6, 10th Floor, University Campus, London Health Sciences Centre, 339 Windermere Road, London, Ontario
Directions: Park in visitors lot (parking passes will be provided). Take main elevators to 10th floor and follow directional signs.

NOTE: Mr. Alan Davenport, a patient in the Movement Disorders Program at London Health Sciences Centre, will participate in this event.

The Movement Disorders Program is a unique, Canadian integrated neurology/neurosurgery research and treatment facility that offers a multidisciplinary approach to movement disorders, including speech and language pathology, neuropsychology, and physical therapies.
