(LONDON, Ontario) – London Health Sciences Centre’s (LHSC) Critical Care Trauma Centre presents its 25th annual “Challenges in Critical Care” conference. The purpose of the conference is to provide current and practical information to clinicians throughout the region. Media are invited to attend the conference.

This milestone year’s agenda features many exciting ‘snippets’, topics and speakers, among them:
- 0800 – 0845: The emergence of Influenza A. What did we learn from the recent pandemic? – Dr. Robert Lannigan, LHSC
- 1130 – 1145: Snippet – Nutrition “STAT!” - Mary Donelley-Vanderloo, Registered Dietitian, LHSC
- 1445 – 1545: “I Choose the Red Shoes” A keynote speech about resiliency by humorist and local motivational speaker Susan Minns who describes herself as an attitude expert after having dealt with MS, cancer and other calamities but kept on finding the positive and often funny side to it all.
