LHSC owns all parking assets including parking structures and all equipment such as gates, and pay-on-foot machines. Imperial Parking (IMPARK) is LHSC’s service provider and manages our parking operations.
Parking fees first pay for costs incurred in parking operations such as labour, maintenance, utilities, and capitol for the facilities themselves.
All additional parking revenues are reinvested in hospital operations and clinical capitol.
