London Health Sciences Centre recognizes the desire among health care leaders for education and certification. We are responding with a commitment to our leaders and their development through the LEADS Learning Series, Insight to Action (I2A) LEADerS Program, and integrating the LEADS in a Caring Environment Framework throughout our talent and people initiatives.
The Insight to Action (I2A) LEADerS Program, is an internal leadership development program based on the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework. The program has been designed to fully-align with the requirements of the Certified Health Executive (CHE) Select Program.
A first for Ontario hospitals, London Health Sciences Centre has received approval by the Professional Standards Council of Canadian College of Health Care Leaders (CCHL) for individuals completing the I2A LEADerS Program to be granted advanced standing in the CHE Select program. Participants submit their proof of completion of the I2A program to CHE Panel review for consideration of granting the CHE designation.
The CHE designation provides our people with the knowledge and recognition as leaders of excellence in health care management. We are growing and investing in our workforce to shape the future of health.
