The LHSC Community Advisory Council (CAC) was dissolved in 2019 after ten years working in an advisory capacity to inform LHSC planning and improve patient care experiences at LHSC. The organization is currently served by over 200 patient and family advisors, who are engaged in numerous opportunities throughout the hospital including quality improvement councils, project committees, storytelling, focus groups, and more.
