President's Award for Community Service

The Community Service perpetual plaque

Established in 2006 to honour the community service legacy of LHSC’s first President and CEO, Tony Dagnone, the President’s Award for Community Service recognizes annually an individual at LHSC whose volunteer achievements have made a difference to the lives of people in our community.
