Clinical Nutrition Services at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) focuses on both the basic science of nutrition, research and the practical application of nutrition, as it relates to specific disease states. Our Registered Dietitians (RD), and Dietetic Assistants are essential members of our health care team. They work closely with the interprofessional team to assess, monitor and educate patients regarding nutrition in the management of acute illness, malnutrition and chronic disease. LHSC RDs have a strong role in practice-based research and actively support education of patients, staff and students.
