COVID-19 Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres are out-of-hospital clinics where people can be seen by a health-care provider for COVID-19 concerns, rather than have them visit an Emergency Department, Urgent Care Centre or their family doctor’s office. There will be no medication or treatment onsite at COVID-19 Assessment Centres. Ontario’s COVID-19 Assessment Centres are intended to educate and provide further guidance as well as to triage individuals and determine the next steps in their care.

London has a number of COVID-19 Assessment Centres to meet your testing needs, and London Health Sciences Centre is pleased to operate the Carling Heights Assessment Centre. The Carling Assessment Centre is located at:

  • Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre
656 Elizabeth Street, London See Google Map
