London’s COVID-19 Assessment Centres are operated by the London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s Health Care London, the Thames Valley Family Health Team, the Middlesex-London EMS, the Middlesex-London Health Unit and the City of London. The Assessment Centres' locations and hours of operation are:
- Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre
656 Elizabeth Street, London
Monday - Sunday
11:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Oakridge Arena
825 Valetta Street, London
Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Assessment Centres are out-of-hospital clinics where people can be seen by a health-care provider for COVID-19 concerns, rather than have them visit an Emergency Department, Urgent Care Centre or their family doctor’s office. There will be no medication or treatment onsite at COVID-19 Assessment Centres. Ontario’s COVID-19 Assessment Centres are intended to educate and provide further guidance as well as to triage individuals and determine the next steps in their care.
Visit the Middlesex-London Health Unit for more information about the COVID-19 Assessment Centres.
