The volunteers at the information desk at University Hospital are happy to answer your inquiries and get you pointed in the right direction. The Information Desk is located in the main lobby and operates:
Monday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm
Saturday and Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm

Guide Service – Victoria Hospital
Guide volunteers are located throughout Victoria Hospital and are pleased to offer assistance to help you get to your destination within the hospital. Guide stations are located at:
- B1 Entrance
- B2 Lobby
- C2 Entrance
- E1 Entrance
Guide stations are staffed by volunteers Monday to Friday, 8 am – 3 pm.
