Help us improve our services. At London Health Sciences Centre we value and appreciate your feedback; compliments, complaints and suggestions. Please reach out to our Patient Relations team by phone, email or by submitting an online form with your feedback. 

If you have concerns or complaints that require immediate attention, please speak with members of your or your loved ones' care team who will be able to assist you.

If you have attempted to resolve your concerns or complaints with the care team or area leader and are still not satisfied we encourage you to contact our Patient Relations team.

Please Note: The Patient Relations office is unavailable on weekends or statutory holidays. If urgent, please contact your care team.

Your message will be forwarded to a Patient Relations Specialist who will contact you within 3 business days. Please note that during times of high-volume calls, responses to complaints may take up to 5 business days. 

If you prefer to communicate in a language that is not English or French, please email patientrelations@lhsc.on.ca directly in the language of your choice and include the following; the patient’s name, your name if not the patient, preferred method of contact and details pertaining to your feedback.
