This award is presented to an outstanding Junior Resident who exemplifies Dr. Inculet's tradition of collegiality, dedication, professionalism, and compassion in the care of Thoracic Surgery patients. Drs. Fortin, Malthaner, Qiabi, Inculet and Nayak are thrilled to give this award to both Maddy and Ge this year as they proved to be outstanding junior residents while on their thoracic surgery rotations.
