100% Success Rate as Dr. Sayf Gazala passes his Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Exams!!
The Division of Thoracic Surgery is excited to annouce that Dr. Sayf Gazala has successfully passed his training and RCPSC final examinations, adding to our history of a 100% pass rate!
Sayf came to London in 2015 as a General Surgeon ready to commit to the 2 years it takes to complete subspecialty training in Thoracic Surgery.
He graduated medical school from Al-Mustansiriya University in Baghdad, Iraq and finished 5 years residency training in General Surgery at the University of Alberta.
In the fall, Sayf will start his own practice at Toronto East General Hospital.
It has been a great pleasure for all of us here at LHSC to have worked with Sayf over the past 2 years.
While it is hard to say goodbye to Sayf, we are confident that he will be a valuable asset to Thoracic Surgery in Toronto.
