I speak another language or use sign language. How can LRCP help me?
LRCP will provide you with an interpreter free of charge. When you register for your first visit, you will be asked, "In what language do you prefer to communicate?"
At that time, LRCP will arrange to get an an interpreter or an interpretation service for you.
Please remind staff to book an interpreter for you ahead of time, when booking your visits. Interpreters are hired from outside agencies and might not be available at all times.
Ask your Primary Nurse for more information about this service.
