Glucose barcodes are utilized by all integrated practicum nursing students while at LHSC. Prior to orientation, you must complete this training. Once the training is complete, your barcode will be activated.

Barcodes are given out during Student Nursing Orientation.
What do I do if I Cannot Access the Glucometer Training?
You cannot complete this training before your Integrated Practicum Orientation. The training link sent by your academic institution MUST BE accessed from within LHSC.
What do I do if my barcode does not work?
Have you completed the glucometer training? If you have not completed the training, please contact your acadamic institution for the link.
If you have completed the training, contact POCT (Point of Care Testing) to troubleshoot the issue. POCT@lhsc.on.ca
