MazeMap
MazeMap is a digital tool that supports staff, patient and visitor wayfinding within LHSC’s hospital sites.
MazeMap is available for the following LHSC sites and locations:

- Click on the map link above
- Download the MazeMap app and search for the University Hospital or Victoria Hospital map.
- Visit an information kiosk in University Hospital or Victoria Hospital.
- Scan a QR code on a poster at elevator bays when on-site

Information Kiosks
Interactive Information Kiosks are available throughout University Hospital, Victoria Hospital, and Children’s Hospital. These easy-to-use touch screens provide helpful information for patients and visitors, including:

- Visiting hours and policies
- Directions and maps to help you navigate the hospital

Information Desks
Volunteers at the Information Desks are happy to answer your inquiries and get you pointed in the right direction.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 8 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 12 AM to 4 PM

Guide Service – Victoria Hospital
Guide volunteers are located throughout Victoria Hospital and are pleased to offer assistance to help you get to your destination within the hospital.
Guide stations are located at:
- B1 Entrance
- B2 Lobby
- C2 Entrance
- E1 Entrance

- Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 3 PM

What do these letters and numbers mean?
- Room: D2 - 503
- Zone = D
- Floor = 2
Therefore, room D2 - 503 is located in Zone D, on the 2nd Floor.
