Ways to Give: Critical Care Trauma Centre at Victoria Hospital

The generosity of our community helps the Critical Care Trauma Centre (CCTC) at Victoria Hospital (VH) remain on the leading edge of medical advances and live its mission of excellence in patient care, research and education.

The CCTC at VH takes initiative to improve patient safety and health outcomes through participation in Safer Healthcare Now!, the Ministry of Health's Critical Care Strategy, the Canadian Critical Care Collaborative, and the Critical Care Research Network (CCRNet).

Government funding is not enough to meet all our needs in advancing health care. We count on generous donations from our community to buy equipment, help improve facilities, advance research and introduce new programs.

Many people give to the London Health Sciences Centre to say thank you for the wonderful treatment they, or the people they love, have received at the hospital. Others give because they want to know that outstanding health care will be available when needed.

There are many ways to give to the CCTC at Victoria Hospital through the London Health Sciences Foundation:

  • Make a cash gift
  • Donate stocks, bonds or other securities
  • Make a planned gift through your will or with life insurance
  • Become a corporate sponsor of one of our fundraising events

Past donations to Intensive Care at VH have been used to buy televisions for use in patient rooms, comfortable furnishings for the family rooms, and other amenities used to improve patient and family care and quality of life.
