Pam was a young girl who was adopted by a loving family when she was six months old. She was a fun loving child who had a great love for animals, especially horses. All she talked about was owning her own one day. That day never came for the day after her Grade 8 graduation, she died in a tragic car accident.
Pam became an organ donor at a very young age. Her gifts gave a blind person sight, and skin grafts for burn victims.
Little did she know that her own nephew, Cory, would need a heart transplant 25 years after her death.
THANK YOU AUNT PAM
