Technologists: The Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory is staffed by a dedicated group of Technologists registered with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario in the practice of Molecular Genetics.

Research: The Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory also employs Research Assistants in test development and research projects to compliment and expand the clinical testing done at this facility.

Students: The Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, as a part of a teaching hospital setting, at any given time may support a number of students from various academic institutions, primarily the University of Western Ontario and the Michener Institute of Applied Science, as well as high school Co-op programs.
